Ravya-naaralache ladoo:

you will need 3 vaatee baarik rawa(suji),1 ola naaral -means 1 coconut-grated(approx 1&1/2 vatee),4 vatee sugar,2 vatee water,1&1/2 vatee pure ghee,small cardamom n nutmeg finely powdered.

step 1: roast suji or rawa on low flame adding little ghee at intervals.approx 1 vatee ghee in all is consumed.the rawa should turn pleasing pinkish or badami rangacha.when you see that the rawa is starting to release ghee and  very nice aroma,remove rawa from kadhai,keep aside.

step 2:in the same kadhai,roast one grated coconut in 1 spoon ghee,till it is badami rangacha.
step 3:in this coconut,mix the earlier rosted rawa and roast them together,so as to mix them well.put that aside.

Step 4:in a thick bottomed kadhai,take 4 vatee sugar,2 vatee water,let it boil for 15 mins approx,on low flame.but you have to stir it frequently.to check if it is done,put 1 drop of this chashani or pak in little water filled vatee.it should settle down for a while.the drop seems heavy,while putting in vatee.then put the flame of.put the rawa-naral roasted mixture in it,and cardamom,nutmeg powder.stir well.It would start coagulating or solidifying slowly. after it is cooled,say after 2 hrs,take fistful mixture in your hand and make ladoos.
